Many rentals in India still run on a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group and a phone call when rent is late. Receipts go missing, agreements lapse without anyone noticing, and a good landlord–tenant relationship gets worn down by reminders.

We think the paperwork of renting should look after itself, so both sides can get on with everything else.

One place for a rental’s day-to-day: properties and units, tenant invitations, agreements, monthly rent and charges, payment records and receipts, and reminders before things fall due.

• No invented numbers. We don’t publish user counts, ratings or testimonials until they’re real.
• Plain language. Terms, policies and any fees are written to be read, not skimmed past.
• Honest labels. If something isn’t ready, we say so.
